173 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the 173 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
These terms take effect from the date you first access the 173 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the 173 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Continued use of the 173 platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms from time to time to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable conditions.
The 173 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 173 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 173 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, a valid phone number or email address, and any other required details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must keep it up to date should any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 173 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws.
- Do not use any automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to manipulate the platform, games, or payment systems.
- Do not attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the security of the 173 platform's systems, servers, or networks.
- Do not exploit any technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities. Any issues discovered must be reported to the 173 team immediately.
- Do not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity while using this platform.
- Do not use another person's account or allow others to use yours.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances in accounts involved in fraudulent activity, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 173 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods listed on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. 173 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered by the user. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to the current policy, which can be reviewed in your account after logging in. 173 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending security and compliance checks where required.
Any taxes, charges, or financial obligations arising from use of the 173 platform or winnings received are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

The 173 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 173 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously accessible, free from technical errors, or fully suited to any particular user's needs. 173 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, or opportunities.
Account Suspension & Closure
173 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, breach of terms of use, provision of false information during registration, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a user violation, the account balance may be fully forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 173 platform are the exclusive property of 173 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 173.
Third-Party Links
The 173 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. 173 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments & Governing Law
173 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
